| Registration/Tuition |
REGISTRATION
Registration will be held in late February or March of each year. Our open house for the 2010-2011 school year will be held on Thursday March 4th 2010 from 6:30-7:30pm. There is a $50 registration fee per student. We do maintain a waiting list when necessary.
Class Size
Enrollment in each class shall at no time exceed the number of students allowed by state license. As stated previously, those children who are currently enrolled in the 3-year-old class shall have “first option” for the 4-year-old class. Those children who already have an older sibling in the school and both would be attending in the same year shall have "first option" for the 3 year old class prior to open registration.
All other enrollment will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. A waiting list will be kept up-to-date should a space open up during the school term.
TUITION
Tuition is due on the FIRST day of each month or may be paid in advance.
Each child is enrolled for the entire school year or the balance of the year. Tuition is still due to hold your child's place should your family vacation occur at a time other than scheduled holidays and vacation time. We request payment by check.
All checks should be made payable to:
Sherman United Methodist Preschool.
Tuition is: 3 days a week--$90.00 per month.
2 days a week--$80.00 per month.
September tuition checks should be in the church office, marked “Preschool Attention” by August 31st. This payment verifies your child's enrollment. We are not subsidized. Please make all tuition payments promptly. The school depends on each month's tuition to pay its current expenses.
The expenses of the school continue even when your child is not present, thus preventing refunds for a period of absence. If your child is withdrawn from school, the tuition obligation ceases 2 weeks from the date of notice of withdrawal received by the Preschool staff.
HOURS
8:30 -11:00 a.m. Teachers cannot supervise children before 8:20 and after 11:10 without special emergency arrangements being made.
