Mission Statement
We believe a child's early years are critically important and we are committed to the highest quality of early childhood education where parents and teachers work together to nurture each child's development.
The Sherman United Methodist Preschool is guided by the knowledge that all children are unique individuals. The Preschool curriculum is designed to address the individual needs and interests of children through a variety of experiences related to the world. The program includes activities designed to facilitate growth in the following areas:
fine motor skills and gross motor skills
language development and vocabulary enhancement
problem solving and social awareness skills
Kindergarten readiness
Our program is two and a half hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays for three year olds and Monday, Wednesday & Fridays for four year olds.
